Assess, develop, and implement organisational development (OD) plans and initiatives in alignment with strategic priorities, purpose, and values.
Provide end-to-end coordination and execution of OD workplans, including workshops, engagement sessions, diagnostics, and leadership touchpoints.
Develop and implement change management strategies, including preparing communication materials, stakeholder updates, training sessions, and practical toolkits.
Partner with HR and Communications to deliver high-impact staff engagement activities, onboarding programmes, employer branding events, and roadshows.
Maintain accurate tracking, data analysis, and reporting of OD initiatives and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
