Job Summary Manage the end-to-end recruitment and HR administration for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies while supporting workforce welfare and operational efficiency in a construction environment. Responsibilities Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for foreign workers by sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates to meet project staffing needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records including hiring, termination, leave administration, medical records, transfers, and promotions to ensure compliance and data integrity. Process monthly payroll for approximately 300 employees accurately and on schedule to ensure timely compensation.
