Conduct workflow observations, system utilisation audits, and identify opportunities for process improvement. 
Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend practical solutions. 
Assist with system enhancements, pilot projects, and rollout initiatives. 
Develop dashboards, reports, SOPs, job aids, and user guides to support operational excellence and standardisation.
