The Senior Events Specialist is responsible for the backend execution of event marketing strategies, ensuring campaign performance, clean data, and consistent brand presence. This role manages event planning, lead pipeline calculations, seminar logistics, CRM hygiene, and event-related client communications to support both lead generation and relationship-building initiatives. Coordination with vendors, advisors, and internal systems is key to success in this role.

1. Seminar Logistics & Backend Prep

• Coordinates all seminar logistics, including venue booking, scheduling, food and beverage arrangements, and printed materials
