**SUMMARY**
Responsible for the creation of foodservice equipment drawings using Computer Aided Design; this includes schematic design layouts, complete construction drawing sets consisting of utility rough-in drawings, equipment schedules, and specifications. Review and discuss foodservice designs and drawings with key players in the design process. Also responsible for communicating with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners or their representatives as needed.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
