Senior Engineer (Tailings) - Johannesburg

Profile

1. Must have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Must have 7 - 10 years of experience in tailings engineering.
3. Must be registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer.
4. Must have experience and knowledge in soil mechanics and engineering contracts.
5. Must be proficient in CPTu testing, interpretation, and conducting geotechnical investigations.
6. Must have experience in laboratory testing of soils and tailings materials.
7. Must have experience with slope stability, seepage analysis, FEM software, and either AutoCAD Civil 3D or ModelMaker.
8. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Projects, or PrimaVera.
9. Must be fluent in spoken English.
10. Must have a valid driver’s license and passport.
