Senior Engineer, Quality - Piping

Penspen is hiring a dynamic Senior Engineer, Quality - Piping to join our team in Abu Dhabi for a PMC project. Experienced Quality Piping Engineer with responsibility for leading QA/QC activities related to piping fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning for ADNOC oil & gas projects. The role ensures compliance with standards, project specifications, international codes, and quality management requirements throughout project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement piping QA/QC plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), procedures, and quality documentation.

  • Monitor piping fabrication, erection, welding, NDT, hydrotesting, flushing, reinstatement, and mechanical completion activities.

  • Review and approve welding procedures (WPS/PQR), welder qualifications, material certificates, and inspection records.
