We are seeking a Senior Engineer . The role involves designing, configuring, and troubleshooting VoIP and unified communications solutions, managing TCP/IP networking, SIP, IAX, RTP, and H.323 protocols, and supporting LAN/WAN environments and Linux systems. Experience with platforms such as 3CX, Asterisk, CIC, and cloud or hosted VoIP and SIP services is essential.

What you’ll do:

• Proven experience in VoIP, Linux and Networking.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking suite, SIP, IAX, RTP, H.323 protocols
• Good understanding of networking, such as LAN & WAN.
• Good understanding of the Linux operating system
• A good understanding of Voice Over IP (VOIP) on platforms such as, but not limited to, 3CX, Asterisk, CIC, etc
• Preferably experience in working on a range of telephony solutions, including Cloud or Hosted (VoIP) and SIP services.
