  • Process Planning & Coordination
  • Assist in preparing Process plans, schedules, and timelines for new camshaft development.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Design, CNC machining, Grinding, Heat Treatment, Quality, SCM).
  • Track progress of activities like prototype manufacturing, tool readiness, fixture development, and PPAP documentation
  • Cost Monitoring & Budget Support
  • Assist in capturing Process cost elements (tooling cost, machining cost, prototype cost).
  • Monitor Process expenses and report deviations to senior managers.
  • Help in preparing cost‑benefit or ROI analyses for new Process.
  • Support to New Development
  • Support in feasibility studies for new camshaft profiles and specifications.
  • Participate in trials (pre‑production runs, machining trials, hardening trials).
