            STRATEGIC  Provide guidance on HSE legislation and corporate standards to project teams, management, and contractors. 
Conduct daily inspections, monitor incidents, prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly HSE reports. 
Investigate incidents, near‑misses, and non‑conformances; recommend corrective and preventive actions. 
Coordinate with subcontractors, DEWA/TRANSCO consultants, and client representatives to ensure HSE compliance on site. 
Allocate HSE resources, plan staff schedules, and ensure site HSE team efficiency. 
Ensure project Environmental Management Systems meet ADEHSMS, UAE regulations, and project‑specific HSE plans. 
Develop and implement HSE programs, training, and site‑specific procedures. 
 OPERATIONAL  Integrate legislative requirements and corporate HSE standards into operational business systems. 
Change site‑level perceptions and attitudes toward HSE compliance.
