This role is ideal for an experienced employment lawyer seeking a senior position within a respected and growing team. You'll advise on complex and high‑value employment matters, including strategic HR advice, senior exits, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, TUPE, restructurings, and Employment Tribunal litigation. Alongside managing your own caseload, you'll play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s employment practice in the Birmingham market.
