SUMMARY: Run maintenance, fix breakdowns fast, and keep plant operations stable while leading and mentoring junior artisans
POSITION INFO: Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical maintenance and fault-finding on plant equipment
- Ensure high standards of safety, reliability, and uptime
- Supervise and support junior artisans on-site
- Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Assist with breakdowns and root cause analysis
- Maintain compliance with electrical standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Trade Tested Electrician (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience in a similar industrial / plant environment
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior artisans
