**Description**

The Senior Electrical Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Construction and works closely with Business Development, Estimating, Project Management, and Field Operations teams.

This is not a Director role at this time. However, it is a critical leadership position supporting the continued growth of the company's electrical capabilities and may evolve as the company’s electrical portfolio expands.

Salary range of $150,000-$185,000 with required travel 25% of the time.

+ Provide senior-level oversight of electrical construction activities across utility scale solar projects.
+ Support execution of MV and LV electrical systems including collection systems, inverters, transformers, grounding, and associated infrastructure.
