About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Electrical Estimator with strong knowledge of the Baltimore–Washington commercial construction market.

This individual will play a key role in developing accurate and competitive electrical estimates for a variety of commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of electrical estimating experience, including work on schools, hospitals, and federal projects. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor and support estimating team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all estimating activities, including cost development and bid preparation


• Prepare, review, and finalize complete and accurate estimate packages
