            Responsibilities  Architect and build distributed systems for real-time data streaming, telemetry, and large-scale compute orchestration 
Design and scale cloud simulation infrastructure and training pipelines 
Build reliable, fault-tolerant backend services that operate under production constraints 
Optimise system performance, latency, and throughput across distributed clusters 
Collaborate with research and product teams to translate requirements into scalable system designs 
Own the reliability and operational health of the systems you build 
 Requirements  Must-Have  7+ years of experience in distributed systems engineering 
Proven track record working on a tech stack that has shipped to market (not just internal tooling or prototypes) 
Strong proficiency in at least two of: Go, Rust, C++, Python 
Deep experience with Kubernetes, gRPC, and distributed messaging...
