Sets out EGA's Safety and Governance strategy and framework based on EGA's overall ESG Sustainability strategy purpose bold aspirations and values. Directs the implementation of the functional strategy ensuring alignment with group strategy EGA's vision mission and corporate objectives. Ensures functional strategy and related strategic plans are developed and implemented in alignment with the organization's vision and mission. Provides subject matter expertise for the assigned domain and advises EGA leadership on safety and governance matters to support strategic objectives. Shares the approved strategy with local and legal authorities where appropriate to obtain feedback for continuous improvement.
