POSITION SUMMARY

Theis position will play a pivotal role in supporting Banner Health's Revenue Cycle strategy and growth plan. This position is responsible for managing a team that establishes and leads a portfolio management and governance approach in alignment with Banner’s strategic targets. The scope includes both Enterprise strategic efforts and Revenue Cycle-specific initiatives. This position is also responsible for positioning Banner for internal and external growth opportunities obtained through mergers and acquisitions. This focus on growth/merger and acquisitions includes representing and supporting Revenue Cycle due diligence efforts; developing the appropriate transition and integration controls to support growth; and establishing a growth playbook to maintain a consistent and efficient approach.
