Our Client is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to serve as a key leader within their Poland engineering hub and as a core member of the global engineering leadership team. This is a senior, high-impact role requiring a seasoned technology leader with a strong background in SaaS product development, organizational scaling, and talent leadership.

The Poland office already hosts a substantial and mature engineering organization. This role is designed to further strengthen the site’s leadership, expand advanced capabilities (including AI-enabled products), and accelerate innovation at scale.

While AI and data-driven systems are an important part of the company’s technology strategy, this position is intentionally broad in scope.
