Amentum is seeking a Senior Director of Contracts to lead a high-performing contracts organization supporting strategic NASA and DoD programs within our Engineering & Technology business group. Reporting to the Vice President of Contracts, you will provide strategic leadership, ensure compliance, and drive excellence across the full contract lifecycle.

You will oversee complex federal contracts from proposal development through contract closeout, including negotiations, risk management, contract and subcontract administration, and regulatory compliance. Partnering closely with program management, finance, legal, procurement, and business development teams, you will help drive mission success, operational execution, and business growth across business lines.
