Sick Cells is hiring a Senior Director of CGT Programs to lead implementation of the Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Access Model. Sick Cells is a nonprofit advocacy organization working to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by sickle cell disease (SCD) through community engagement, policy action, education, and systems change.

The Senior Director will oversee day-to-day implementation of the CGT Access Model program, ensuring successful coordination across stakeholders, timely execution of deliverables, and alignment with state Medicaid and grant requirements. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for SCDAI and external partners, while helping design, operationalize, and strengthen the infrastructure, workflows, and coordination needed  to support long-term program success.
