Senior Director ACS South East Asia

Location: Singapore.

Key Tasks

• General management role for ACS South East Asia responsible for P&L results: €209m revenue.
• Develop business strategies and operating plans for the region, approved by Global SVP Aviation Commercial.
• Direct area/country/region objectives to ensure annual revenue, cost, and profit targets are met.
• Drive selling strategies and activities of direct and contract sales teams.
• Establish and manage regional Operations, Customer service, and Capacity plans in conjunction with Global ACS and Express GSOP.
• Manage regional ACS Financials – billing, credit, operating expenses – in conjunction with Regional and Global Aviation CFOs.
• Manage staffing, employee development, and org structure for a combined 18 direct/indirect heads.
