            Responsibilities  Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and provide individualised nutrition support, counselling and education. 
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient‑centred care across care settings. 
Apply evidence‑based practice through critical thinking and sound clinical reasoning. 
Address medical, social and lifestyle determinants influencing nutrition and health outcomes. 
Support preventive health initiatives and chronic disease management programmes. 
Design, implement and evaluate community health and lifestyle programmes with key stakeholders. 
Empower individuals and groups to adopt sustainable, healthy lifestyle practices. 
 Requirements  Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. 
Completed a recognised clinical dietetic internship. 
Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience is required for the Senior Dietitian role. ...
