Senior Development Manager As the Senior Development Manager, you will manage the growth and development of projects, directly allocated to you and your support team. You will identify optimal new land parcels per development for new project rollouts, obtain all the required rights and services for the site, and manage the process to obtain the required approvals from the various local authorities within the required timeframe to ensure construction can start and be completed timely, within the financial year cycle.
