**DESCRIPTION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Specifically, we are looking for a full-time Senior Designer who challenges conventional thinking, can tell a killer story (or joke), and is obsessed with building brands through design. From tactical asks, to evolving the way brands appear in the world, you’re a crafts-person who loves the way ideas can come to life visually in both big and small ways.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
* 4+ years agency experience
* Strong conceptual thinker: you’re obsessed with ideas and how they come to life
* Traditional Art Direction/Design background is a ideal, experience with XM is a plus
* Strong presenter who can sell ideas to clients in a confident and compelling way
* Great hang – willing collaborator & creative community member
