The Design manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects in line with management requirements and responsible for all aspects related to the production of a successful proposal and design packages including enforcement of processes and quality addition to ensuring following up on authorities approval and be the responsible team members on the project schedule and assigned budget.

• Monitor and follow up on the full design packages including PD and DD proposals in coordination with all design disciplines for the assigned projects.
• Assist in resolving any design issues as per authorities regulations.
• Enforce general design procedures during design process.
• Enforce compliance of coordination procedures with Architecture ID MEP and Structural departments within concept design team and take charge in resolving any coordination issues.
