Senior Deal Desk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and validate deals across new business, renewals, and pricing changes.
• Ensure accuracy of Salesforce (CPQ) data and contractual alignment.
• Perform ARR and contract reconciliation prior to deal approval.
• Act as the bridge between Sales, Revenue/Billing, and Finance teams.
• Approve, query, or reject opportunities with clear rationale.
• Support month‑end activities, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Act as a senior escalation point, mentoring junior team members and helping manage workload.

Essential Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and governance.
• Solid understanding of finance or revenue operations principles.
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
