    • Are you looking for your next step in banking? We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Senior Customer Service Representative to join IMB Nowra. The successful candidate will great service and support to IMB customers and support team leadership, training and branch operations. The hours are 8.45am-5.15pm, Monday-Friday working from our Nowra branch.

  • Having conversations and interactions with members via all channels (in person, online and over the phone) and assisting them with their banking and insurance needs and enquiries
