What You’ll Do

In this role you will own the resolution of escalated or complex customer calls related to diagnostic imaging, life‑care solutions, surgical or biomedical services.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Answer incoming communications with sincere empathy from customers in diagnostic imaging, life‑care solutions, surgical or biomedical services.
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
• Work hours that support U.S. customers; shifts may end as late as midnight local time.
