            Responsibilities  Process and follow up customers’ export and import shipments efficiently and accurately. 
Serve the customer in all queries and requirements. 
Monitor shipment according to customer status and track & trace upon delivery. 
Handle full sets of shipping Documentation timely and accurate until closing of files. 
Ensure the highest standard of customer service. 
Assisting with processing price quotes and rate negotiations. 
Working in harmony with the relevant sales and operations teams, correcting when necessary to engage in activities. 
Preparing periodic reports completely and on time. 
 Qualifications  Minimum 3-4 years work experience in similar role from the Freight Forwarding industry background. 
Must possess strong communication skills – Written & Spoken.
