Job Title: Senior Customer Service Executive (Air & Sea Freight)
Job Hours: 5.5 Days, 9am to 6pm
Job Location: Bukit Merah
Opportunity - Exposure to airfreight, sea freight, documentation, permits and billing
- Suitable for experienced freight forwarding candidates who can work independently
- Direct reporting line to senior management in a lean team environment
Responsibilities - Coordinate import and export shipments for airfreight and sea freight
- Liaise with customers, shippers, consignees, airlines, shipping lines, warehouse teams and trucking vendors
- Perform vetting and checking of Air Waybills, Bills of Lading and related shipping documents
- Prepare and process shipment documentation including HBL, MBL, HAWB and MAWB
- Verify cargo details such as weight, shipping documents, commercial invoices and packing lists before processing
