Position Overview:

The Senior Cultivation Technician is responsible for all tasks in the garden including providing guidance and training to the cultivation team in accordance with local and district laws and regulations, and standards set by the Company. The Senior Cultivation Technician works autonomously and collaboratively under the supervision of facilities leadership. The Senior Cultivation Technician leads areas such as Bloom, Veg or Mothers and Clones and is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of tasks specific to their areas, as well as communicating needs for their spaces including fertilizer, IPM, cleaning and other supplies.
