As (Senior) CRM Manager based in Lisbon, you will be part of a CRM team split between Lisbon and Munich and carry two distinct ownerships: you help build and evolve the agent infrastructure that powers CRM across the entire team, and you own the strategy and commercial results for a specific customer segment or goal. This is a role for someone who understands customers and numbers deeply, and who has the operational curiosity and AI drive to turn that understanding into systems that work without you in the loop.
