As the Senior CRM & Lifecycle Lead, you will be the architect of our customer journey. You will bridge the gap between high-volume lead generation and long-term investor loyalty. You will manage a sophisticated conversion funnel, moving users from lead status to becoming recurring, champion investors.
This role requires a unique blend of technical CRM mastery (HubSpot & Customer.io) , multilingual strategic thinking , and the ability to leverage AI to personalize the investment experience at scale.
This is a hands‑on individual contributor role that combines deep executional ownership with strategic thinking. You will be expected to design, build, and optimize CRM journeys directly, while also shaping the broader lifecycle strategy and growth roadmap in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
