MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification in Credit Management, Bookkeeping, Finance, or related field
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in a Credit Control role
• Strong understanding of South African financial legislation and credit control processes
• Experience working with accounting systems (SAP )
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage allocated debtor’s book to ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support effective debt recovery
• Manage advance payment (COD) and credit customers
• Issue and follow up on statements, invoices and account queries
