As a Senior Credit Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of Heartland Bank’s business‑lending engine, shaping well‑reasoned, high‑quality lending applications across a portfolio that spans everything from everyday business needs to complex, high‑value transactions above $1.0m.

Responsibilities

• Apply sharp judgemental credit analysis to both straightforward applications and nuanced, commercially driven deals that require real analytical flair.
• Prepare submissions that showcase insightful financial analysis, clear balanced credit‑risk assessment, transparent identification of risks and mitigants, and recommendations aligned with the Bank’s risk appetite while supporting great customer outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted voice in the credit process, articulating opportunity and risk with clarity and confidence.
