Job Description
Provide legal guidance on the development, structuring, and launch of private funds, including both open- and closed-end funds.
Advise on compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to private funds within the financial services industry.
Draft, review, and negotiate fund documents and other related agreements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal and regulatory matters.
Support the legal department in advising on governance and operational matters.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance with these changes.
Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and other departments as needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external counsel and regulatory authorities.
