Job Description - You will manage commercial matters which include contract negotiations, licensing, e‑commerce compliance issues and day to day advisory requests.
- Non‑contentious matters include product launch, marketing campaigns, market growth and sales solutions.
- You will work closely with in‑country counsel and if required, manage external counsel.
- Candidates are also expected to develop frameworks and ensure key stakeholders are informed on fast changing rules and regulations.
