Responsibility :
1.Cost Control & Strategic Analysis
Lead the monthly cost closing process, including production data checking, the preparation and posting of cost-related journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.Conduct in-depth variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Standard/Forecast) by different views, e.g. by cost group (materials, labor, and overheads), by production process, by functions, and etc; identify root causes for fluctuations; and prepare regular periodical reports.Monitor and control procurement costs by reviewing Purchase Orders (PO) and validating goods received against Material Receipts (MR) to ensure financial accuracy.Work closely with operation teams to evaluate and recommend cost-saving opportunities across manufacturing, supply chain, and administrative functions.2.Inventory Management
