Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with significant corporate legal experience
• Typically 8+ years of post qualification experience (as a guide) working at a top law firm and/or in-house at a well-established corporate or high-growth company
• Ideally trained in a reputable law firm within the corporate practice with a focus on corporate transactional work and general corporate governance
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects across multiple jurisdictions globally
• Possesses strong legal technical expertise as well as exceptional business acumen and people skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced in-house environment is essential
• Strong team player and good business sense
• Hands on at work and can be independent in managing complex projects whilst still working as part of a team
