Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a large portfolio of entities, including corporate records, governance documents, and organizational updates
  • Assist with financings, restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, and related transactional matters
  • Prepare and review corporate documents, resolutions, entity formations, and dissolutions
  • Coordinate loan closings and support legal documentation processes
  • Handle annual filings, corporate searches, registrations, and compliance-related reporting
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and treasury teams on banking and KYC matters
