Job Description
Negotiates and oversees administration of terms and conditions for organization procurement contracts and agreements. Advises business partners on contractual rights and obligations, and provides interpretation of terms and conditions. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on contract negotiation, administration, and compliance.
Job Responsibility
+ Reviews, drafts, edits, and negotiates terms and conditions of procurement contracts and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Agreements.
+ Researches and recommends contract policies and procedures, with strong understanding of industry best practices and current developments in contract administration.
