Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Contract Close Out Specialist and Financial Analyst.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for all duties related to Verification and Validation reviews of obligations at S&T.
+ Ensure the V&V certification letters are certified accordingly.
+ Perform the quarterly Obligation Analysis, update S&T’s V&V master file, provide ad hoc reports, validate the V&V recoveries, and obtain financial support documentation needed for the V&V process.
