Job Description: -SAP HCM US Payroll Consultant

Relevant Experience (in Yrs):- 5+yrs

Technical/Functional Skills:-

- Must be well versed with in full gross to net US payroll calculation and configuration including as well as schemas and rules, Finance integration, BSI Tax Factory and Off-Cycle. Also understand underlying legal requirements.

- Should be able to Evaluating customers' business needs, contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP PY systems

- Ability to interact with management and technical specialist and provide timely/quality advice

- Should be good in understanding the business requirements and should have ability to prepare Functional Design Documents for development of various FRICEW objects (Forms, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement and Workflows).
