Provide an effective and efficient conduit between ASI Financial Services (ASI) and its clients (members and appointed representatives) through advice, query resolution, administrative service, communication, training, and education.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY Consulting Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Employee Benefits industry and the products available (medical schemes, retirement funds, group risk, wellness programmes, expatriate benefits, etc.). Conduct in-depth analysis of members' financial needs, provide appropriate advice, record it on the CRM, and share the record of advice with the member. Ensure members clearly understand their benefits, exclusions, and the administration processes of their appointed schemes or funds. Advise members exiting employment (retirement/resignation) on their available options and refer them to an authorised financial planner where necessary.
