Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial modeling and analysis for infrastructure projects, including cash flow forecasting, risk assessment, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Lead/support business valuation of assets based on income and/or market approach.
  • Develop and present financing strategies and recommendations to clients, including debt and equity structuring.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the infrastructure sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, technical, and operational experts, to ensure comprehensive project evaluations.
  • Manage client relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.
