In your new role you will report to the Head of Global Compensation Governance (f/m/d). You will work with various business and HR stakeholders on regional and global level to design and implement state-of-the-art Compensation policies and practices. In this multifaceted role, you will not only take over the responsibility for equity-based long-term incentive schemes but will also lead global compensation projects, e.g. offering special share programs, improving our global benchmarking approach, defining new functionalities in our custom HR IT solution Compensation Insights (COIN), and driving other global compensation processes.
