Support the development and execution of the global well-being strategy, ensuring alignment with Global Rewards priorities and business objectivesDesign, implement and continuously enhance integrated well-being programs (mental, physical, financial, and social) to improve employee experience across regionsManage vendor relationships (e.g., EFAP, wellness platforms), including performance oversight, issue resolution and cost optimization Drive employee engagement through targeted communications, campaigns, and improved access to well-being resources Analyze program performance (utilization, engagement, claims, and financials) and provide insights and reporting to support decision-making, governance, and continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional partners (HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, DEI, Communications) to deliver aligned and effective programs across...
