About the role

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in growing our bank, with home and personal lending as your core focus. You’ll thrive on providing exceptional customer service, and use your relationship building skills to develop a strong referral network within your community.

You’ll own the customer relationship from initial consultation to draw down, assessing customer needs and providing relevant information to enable them to make the banking decision that is right for them, providing guidance under responsible lending conversations where require. You’ll also assist our customers with their everyday banking needs, taking opportunities to broaden the relationship.
