**What You'll Be Doing**

**Job Scope:** Generally responsible for total delivery of services safely, on time, within performance budget and meeting quality expectations. Work at this level requires extensive progressive experience in construction management and involves utilization of project controls for cost, schedule and quality of projects. This work will be performed under minimal supervision.

**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:**

+ Familiarity with and utilizing department standards.
+ Familiarity with project scope, specifications and design criteria upon assignment to a task.
+ Extensive knowledge of safety requirements, with a commitment to a zero accidents environment. Ability to ensure contractor’s activities are planned and executed with safety first. Responsible for the safe performance of all contractor’s on assigned projects.
