An exciting opportunity has arisen for x 1 Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurses to join East Durham Community intervention and Hub Mental Health Team.

Our Hub and intervention community mental health team provides timely person centred support to adults experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties. Working as part of an integrated multidisciplinary service, we focus on early intervention recovery and adopt a person centred approach.

There are varied opportunities for training and development, and peer support and supervision systems are in place.

Candidates must have 18 months post qualifying experience including sign off of appropriate preceptorship or competency framework at the time of applying.
